1 Shipping & Returns
1.1 Shipping
For all orders up to 10 kg you pay administration and shipping costs within the Netherlands :

With an order above € 40.00 these administration and shipping costs will be canceled both at home and abroad (with the exception of evening deliveries)!

For orders outside the Netherlands we charge other administration and shipping costs:

1.2 Take Away

Collection from ProBrace is completely free of charge. You can pick up at ProBrace at the indicated opening hours of our showroom. We kindly request you to make an appointment for pick-up. You can do this by calling our customer service on 003185 4011 911- or by emailing [email protected]

If these times do not suit you, you can always call our customer service on 003185 4011 911. In consultation, a different pick-up time can be chosen.

1.3 Delivery times
ProBrace tries to deliver orders within the Netherlands within 1 working days. This depends on which payment method you choose. We apply the policy 'ordered before 5 p.m. on working days, delivered tomorrow! *'. The exact delivery times are stated separately for each product.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 2-6 working days.
* If you place a successful order with ProBrace before 17:00, we will ship it (if in stock) the same working day. All our shipments are sent via FedEx/TNT, it can sometimes happen that shipments from FedEx/TNT are delayed. Without extraordinary factors, you can expect the following delivery schedule from us (for letterbox shipments you have to add 0 to 2 working days):

1.4 Cancellation

Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.

If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If ProBrace rieten has received a payment from you, we will refund the entire purchase price (incl. Shipping costs) within 14 days after cancellation.

1.5 Returns / cooling down period
At ProBrace you have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. An exception to this are personalized / customized products. The product can, if reasonably possible, be returned in the most original condition and undamaged, in the most original packaging possible. If the returned product shows culpable damage, this will be reasonably deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Do you want to return the entire order? Items already received must be returned to the return address below. ProBrace will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping and payment costs. The shipping costs for returning are for your account.
The shipping costs are also for the return of part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order returned by you will be refunded to you. In that case, shipping costs are not refundable.

We ask you to notify ProBrace in writing of all cancellations, exchanges and returns. This can be done by post using the return form. You must in any case state your full name, order and invoice number and possibly your IBAN payment account. You have 14 days to report a return in writing to ProBrace, then you have 14 days to actually return the product.

We also need your IBAN number to refund amounts already paid (in advance). Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.

Please note: the IBAN number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number of which you made the payment to ProBrace. This is due to possible fraud with refunds.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the moment of withdrawal. Payment will only be made after receipt or proof of shipment of the product to be returned.
2 Payment methods
2.1 iDeal

With iDeal you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can immediately use iDeal, without having to register. For more information, visit the iDeal website.

2.2 Afterpay (Netherlands only)

Afterpay performs the full post-payment process for ProBrace .

This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay by email to pay for the purchased product (s). Please do not transfer the order amount to ProBrace!

At ProBrace you can pay with a digital invoice up to an amount of € 150 if you pay for the first time via AfterPay. If you are already known to AfterPay, you can pay up to an amount of € 250. AfterPay performs a data check to approve your request to pay with a digital invoice.

Afterpay has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method.

2.3 PayPal / CreditCard

You pay electronically via PayPal. You pay with your own email address and password. You do not need to maintain a balance. With Credit card payments you do not need to have an account with PayPal. For more information, visit the PayPal website. Or check out our payment methods page .

2.4 Bancontact / Mr Cash.
As a Belgian counterpart to the iDeal payment system, our Belgian customers in particular will be able to make use of the trusted, secure and easy payment of their online purchase in a trusted Belgian online payment environment. For more information, visit the website of Mr. Cash Bancontact.
