Insoles specially designed for the symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis / Tendon inflammation. Supports the arch of the foot and relieves the tendon plate. The soles hereby tackle the cause of your pain!
Heel complaints can be very long-lasting and annoying. They often arise slowly and the cause is repeatedly making a wrong or stressful movement. To treat these complaints often change of movement or foot position is necessary. The symptoms of Plantaris Fasciitis are the same as those of heel spurs , but these are two different diagnoses. Also read our blog about the difference between the two.
With Plantaris Fasciitis you suffer from tendon inflammation at the bottom of the foot. This tendon plate has the function of transferring the force of the calf muscles to the ball of the foot during the deposition. The tendon plate is very strong but in some cases can become irritated, causing an inflammatory reaction. This can have various causes such as:
An overpressed foot is the most common cause. The vault of the foot has sagged so that the tendon plate is slightly stretched at every step. In the long term, small cracks appear and pain is experienced at the bottom of the foot. Hereby the pain usually localizes on the attachment at the heel.
Choosing the right size is important to ensure that the supporting forms of the sole fit well with the foot. You can easily determine the right size based on your shoe size. After purchase you can trim the soles to your own liking.
NB: Ready-made insoles are always sold in pairs! Is your size not listed? Then contact us for customized advice.
