The Bauerfeind EpiTrain is an ideal brace for epicondylopathies (eg tennis or golfer's elbow), arthrosis / arthritis, postoperative and post-traumatic irritations or a tendopathy.
Nice name - a tennis elbow - but not always appropriate, because everyone can get it. Due to an overload of the muscles on the back of the forearm, which cause the wrist and fingers to extend. And who doesn't use their arms and hands? Lifting, shaking hands, housekeeping, just some examples where such pain can be experienced. Prevent straining with an elbow bandage!
The Bauerfeind EpiTrain elbow bandage contains material and shape of the active Train® bandages that were awarded the iF product design award in 2007. The breathable, skin-friendly knit adapts to any body movement without shifting or pinching. The material on the bandage edges is therefore a lot softer and more elastic than in the core.
Two viscoelastic pads provide comfortable and pain-relieving pressure on the affected muscle bellies. This will burden the irritated tendon attachments differently, making them less painful.
For the correct size, measure the size of your forearm 12 cm from the tip of your elbow (see illustration above). The EpiTrain elbow bandage can be worn on the left or right and is available in the color Titan.
